At CrossFit Hertford we do not think like an ordinary gym. Acres of treadmills and other monotonous machines have no place on our results driven gym floor.
What is CrossFit?
CrossFit is a strength and conditioning fitness methodology. Its stated goal is to create 'the quintessential athlete, equal parts gymnast, Olympic weightlifter and sprinter'. CrossFit is not sport-specific and promotes broad and general overall physical fitness.

Results
What we do offer is the most effective workout program possible. We are serious about real fitness. Our workouts typically last less than 30 minutes and are far more effective and exceedingly more exiting than spending hours on a treadmill or doing isolation movements. In fact the whole package including warm up, workout and cool down will have you on your way in less than 60 minutes.
If you pledge just 3 sessions per week, rapid results will quickly follow and you will notice significant changes in your fitness levels.
